Anahid Sanati
Controller
Anahid Sanati has over 10 years of experience in accounting. She graduated from Cal State LA with an accounting major. In 2019 she joined Accurate System Design as a controller and she is responsible for accounting and cash flow maintenance, implementing bookkeeping policies, financial management reporting, and human resource tasks.
Albert Sabandari, PE, CEM, CHD, MS
Founder, President
Albert has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has worked on a variety of projects throughout his career. His experience includes designing a verity of multi-family residential, retail, restaurant, office and cannabis cultivation facilities.
Arno Abnousian
PROJECT ENGINEER
Arno Abnousian is the project engineer at Accurate System Design. He has more than 6 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design and construction. He got his B.S. In biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego.
